About The Role
n
We are seeking Graduate Speech Pathologists to join our industry-leading Graduate Program, commencing January 2026, based in Joondalup WA.
n
You'll develop your clinical skills across NDIS and community practice, supporting participants aged 6‐65 years across:
n
n
- Language
n
- Mealtimes & feeding
n
- Dysphagia
n
- Aphasia
n
- AAC
n
n
Your Day-to-Day
n
n
- Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans
n
- Deliver therapy across homes, day centres, parks and clinic rooms
n
- Collaborate with a supportive multidisciplinary team
n
- Build long‐term relationships and see the real impact of your work
n
n

About You
n
You're a Graduate Speech Pathologist Who
n
n
- Has a genuine passion for supporting people with disability
n
- Gets restless when you see room for improvement and aren't afraid to speak up
n
- Treats participant goals like personal missions, not checkboxes
n
n
You will also have
n
n
- A tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology (graduating in 2025 or January 2026)
n
- A valid driver's licence and access to a personal vehicle
n
- NDIS Worker Check, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
n
n
