Our Client is seeking a high‐calibre Investment Associate to support executive leadership in executing investment management strategies across the portfolio.

The Role:
n
This role will play a key part in asset performance optimisation, financial analysis, strategic reporting, and transaction support, contributing directly to investment outcomes and investor value creation.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
- Asset analytics: Produce accurate and timely forecasting of income and capital performance of managed assets, including variance analysis to budget.
n
- Asset service delivery: Manage assets and oversee performance of managing agents and property‐level service providers to ensure high‐quality asset management outcomes.
n
- Asset strategist: Develop, coordinate and submit budgets, business plans for value‐add initiatives, and Strategic Asset Plans (SAPs) aligned with investment strategy.
n
- Client reporting: Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual investor reporting.
n
- Risk management: Ensure prudent risk management and compliance with legal, regulatory, and statutory obligations, including monitoring resolution of issues.
n
- Project analysis: Evaluate development projects and assist with delivery of approved initiatives, working closely with architects, planners, quantity surveyors, lawyers, and valuers.
n
- Capital transactions: Support acquisition due diligence processes, liaising with legal, technical, environmental,
and valuation advisors.

Skills & Experience:
n
n
- Educated: Tertiary qualifications in property or related discipline, with approximately 2–5 years' experience within relevant real estate organisations and exposure to traditional sectors.
n
- Analytical: Highly numerate with robust analytical and reporting capability.
n
- Knowledgeable: Commercial awareness of relevant legislation and ability to implement investment strategies.
n
- Problem Solving: Ability to interpret data and generate insights that support sound business decisions.
n
- Managing: Capable of handling multiple priorities and deadlines with strong time management and ability to work autonomously when required.
n
- Connected: Proactive, self‐motivated, and driven to add value to the team.
n
- Proficient: Advanced capability in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and property analytics platforms such as Forbury or Argus.
n
- Enduring: Strong relationship‐building ability across all levels of the organisation.
n
- Articulate: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
n
- Respecting: Demonstrates understanding of corporate policies and procedures, particularly relating to risk management, HR, and workplace health & safety.
