Job Description
n
As a member of the Eyecare Project team, your tasks will include:
n
n
- Welcoming clients and patients, identifying their needs and booking appointments
n
- Lead customer service that drives loyalty and word‐of‐mouth
n
- Retail sales, ordering and collections
n
- Optical frame and sunglass styling and adjustments
n
- Receipt of inventory and periodic stocktakes
n
- Manage stock levels, supplier relationships, and buying decisions
n
- Oversee online store operations, fulfilment, and logistics
n
- Keep the clinic tidy, organised, and operating smoothly
n
n

Qualifications and experience
n
Training will be provided but we are looking for a skilled team member with the following:
n
n
- A minimum of one year's experience as an optical dispenser is preferred
n
- Superior frame selection and styling skills
n
- Excellent sales and customer service skills
n
- Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing is desirable
n
n
