The Roles:

n

Multiple site manager positions are currently available across North, South and Western suburbs of Brisbane due to exciting growth and the very busy residential home building market

n

Key Areas of Brisbane we're actively recruiting for at the moment include:

- North Brisbane: Morayfield, Caboolture
n
- Inner West Brisbane - Moggill, Kenmore, Oxley
n
- West Brisbane: Ripley, White Rock, Springfield, Deebing Heights
n
- South Brisbane: Logan, Greenbank, Jimboomba
n

Key Responsibilities of the role:

n

n
- Oversee, coordinator and manage upto on average 15-17 new single/double-story homes in construction concurrently from site cut to handover.
n
- Manage multiple builds concurrently while maintaining quality and timeframes
n
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and company procedures
n
- Coordinate trades and suppliers to keep construction schedules on track
n
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients throughout the build
n




- Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks
n
- Drive build performance, accountability and workmanship standards
n

n

Role Requirements:

n

n
- A current QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (low-rise) is essential
n
- Proven track record and experience working within the volume home building or residential construction sector as a site supervisor/site manager
n
- Strong leadership presence with confident communication skills
n
- Ability to manage competing deadlines across multiple sites
n
- Solid understanding of WHS legislation and practical site safety management
n
- Carpentry trade background would be very advantageous
n
- Builder's Licence would be very advantageous
n
- Excellent IT and software experience
n
