Role is 7am- 3pm for 4 weeks for training on Dayshift
Ongoing hours will be 5pm till 1am ongoing (Nightshift)
Rate of pay: $42.00 per hour + Super for the training period on Day shift

Our client, a leading distributor of spare parts to the aviation and transport industry, is seeking an experienced Machine Setter/CNC with mechanical aptitude to join their team for an ongoing Temp to Permanent role. Experience in fabrication of parts and following plans and diagrams is required. 4 weeks training on Dayshift required before commencing 5pm till 1am ongoing role Monday to Fridays.
The successful applicant will require a strong mechanical aptitude and machine setting/running experience as full training on their specific and specialised machines will be given to the successful candidate. A solid understanding of mechanics and ability to read plans will be needed.
The successful applicant will possess the following skillset:
Have a mechanical background with a strong mechanical aptitude
Setting and Operating machinery-CNC, Fabrication or similar is preferred as training will be provided on their specialised Machinery
Previous machine operating experience within a fast-paced industry
Must be willing to learn as this role involves extensive training
Must have a "can do" attitude and follow instructions well
Must be fit and able to do manual lifting
