THE OPPORTUNITY We have an exciting permanent full-time opportunity for aClient Delivery Coordinatorto join our team in Brisbane, QLD. Reporting to the Account Delivery Manager, your main responsibility will be to manage our existing client contract while growing relationships and exceeding clients expectations and increase satisfaction result. This is a 100% onsite role with 4 days at our customer site in Brisbane CBD and 1 day at our Fujifilm office in Bowen Hills. Key Responsibilities:n
n
- Operational performance by ensuring KPI/SLA's are managed, analysed and reviewed in all client sites
n
- Manage client contract including asset register, operational documents, continuous improvements ideas and customer reviews Position Description
n
- Deliver account strategy in alignment with the Service Delivery Model and report to the company/Client(s) management monthly
n
- Effective use of systems, processes and procedure through:
n
- Root cause analysis of complaints with a view to reducing trends
n
- Management of customer feedback in a timely manner, following escalation processes where appropriate
n
- Apply key business metrics to identify Profit and Loss through understanding the commercial and financial risks within the contract.
n
- Utilise Managed Print Services reporting, review resourcing and schedules on a quarterly basis whilst maintaining KPIs
n
- Manage P&L; to achieve operational target in revenue, cost and Gross profit
n
Skills & Qualificationsnn
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
n
- Ability to build strong internal and external networks and engage with cross functional stakeholders
n
- Ownership and accountability of end-to-end customer interactions
n
- Ability to perform a face-to-face customer presentation
n
- Ability to demonstrate strong analytical and diagnostic skills
n
- Communicate clearly and confidently with internal and external stakeholders
n
