What You'll Be Doing

Every day brings something different. You'll:

- Coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance across Australia.

- Schedule trades and subcontractors to attend customer sites.

- Manage work orders from initial request through to completion.

- Liaise with customers, technicians and contractors to provide timely updates.

- Prioritise urgent maintenance requests while balancing multiple jobs.

- Ensure service levels and customer KPIs are consistently achieved.

- Maintain accurate job records and documentation.

- Build strong relationships with customers and service partners.

About You
