With a steady pipeline of projects and exciting growth plans, they're looking for a Design Lead to mentor their team while remaining hands-on across high-quality workplace projects.

The Role

This is a genuine leadership opportunity where you'll balance design excellence with team development and client engagement.

You'll be responsible for:

n

- Leading, mentoring and inspiring a team of Interior Designers
n
- Driving projects from briefing and concept through to documentation
n
- Presenting design solutions and managing key client relationships
n
- Overseeing design quality across multiple workplace projects
n




- Collaborating with project managers and consultants to deliver exceptional outcomes
n
- Contributing to the ongoing growth and success of the studio
n

About You

n

You'll bring:

n

n
- 8+ years' experience delivering commercial workplace interior projects
n
- Strong leadership or mentoring experience
n
- Excellent concept design, space planning and documentation skills
n
- Confidence presenting to clients and leading design workshops
n
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- A collaborative, positive and commercially minded approach
n
