Costa's Procurement team plays an important role in supporting ouroperations by partnering with suppliers and stakeholders across the business toensure goods and services are sourced efficiently, responsibly andcommercially. From supporting farms and production facilities to enablingcorporate functions, procurement helps create value and drive businessperformance across Costa. Working across a national business, the team supportssourcing decisions and supplier relationships that help Costa deliver freshproduce to customers across Australia and beyond.
We are seeking a motivated graduate to join Costa's Procurementteam based in Docklands, Melbourne. This is a permanent full-time graduateopportunity where you'll combine structured development with practicalexperience across procurement, supplier management, commercial analysis,logistics planning, supply chain systems and business improvement projects.
Working alongside experienced procurement professionals andbusiness leaders, you'll contribute to sourcing initiatives, commercialprojects and business improvement programs while developing the skills,relationships and experience needed to build a long-term career within Costa.
About this position:
As a graduate within Costa's Procurement team, you'll work acrossprocurement, supplier engagement and practical supply chain activities thatsupport operations across the business.
Procurement is about much more than purchasing goods and services. Itinvolves building supplier partnerships, analysing information, solving complexbusiness challenges and helping teams make informed commercial decisions thatdeliver value.

About you:
We're looking for graduates who are curious, analytical and eager tolearn. You may have recently completed, or be in your final year of, a degreein:

- Or a related discipline
You will also:
- Demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Enjoy analysing information and solving problems

- Be comfortable working with data and business insights
- Be curious, adaptable and eager to learn
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and suppliers
- Hold a current Australian Driver's Licence
