Gaming Manager – Matthew Flinders Hotel

We're on the lookout for a Gaming Manager to help run our gaming room and keep it the friendly, welcoming spot locals love.

- Know the regulars by name and make them feel right at home.

- Work closely with the Publican to keep the room running smoothly, safely, and within all the rules.

- Share your gaming know‐how and help your team be the best in the business.
n
- Bring the good vibes, great service, and friendly smiles every shift.

Inherent Requirements

- This is a hands‐on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
n

About You

n

n
- Experience in the gaming room world, as an attendant, supervisor, or manager.
n
- Learned from great managers and ready to step up.
n
- Confidence, pride,



and people skills to be the face of the gaming room.
n
- Understanding of compliance and protected gaming inside out.
n
- Current RSA, RCG, and Gaming Licence as per state requirements.
n
