Our client is seeking an experienced Interim Agency Manager to join a not-for-profit organisation based in Mandurah. This is a temporary 36 month contract offering a salary of $150,000 plus super (pro rata) for an experienced executive to provide strategic direction, strengthen governance, and lead the organisation through a period of transformation and commissioning readiness.

This role is ideal for an experienced leader from the community services or not-for-profit sector who can work closely with the Board, drive organisational change, and build strong partnerships across government and the community.

- Providing executive leadership and organisational stability
n
- Reporting to the Board and strengthening governance, policies, and operational frameworks
n
- Leading service model redesign and commissioning readiness initiatives
n
- Driving workforce capability, organisational change, and continuous improvement
n
- Improving data, reporting, and outcomes measurement
n
- Building partnerships with government, community organisations, and Aboriginal stakeholders
n
- Overseeing financial management, risk, compliance,



and operational performance

Qualifications

n

n
- Senior executive leadership experience reporting to a Board
n
- Robust background in the not-for-profit or community services sector
n
- Experience leading organisational change and service improvement
n
- Knowledge of governance, risk, compliance, and safeguarding
n
- Experience in homelessness, youth services, or crisis accommodation (highly regarded)
n
- Strong financial, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
n
- Relevant tertiary qualification (desirable)
n
- Current Australian Federal Police Clearance
n
- Current WA Working with Children Check
n
- Current Australian working rights
n
- Current WA "C" Class Driver's Licence
n
