Deaf Connect is seeking a Workplace Health and Safety Business Partner to lead WHS at a multi-state, diverse service provider. You will partner with leaders to shape safety culture, build capability, and translate WHS strategy into practical actions that matter for staff and clients.
You will develop and implement WHS frameworks, lead risk and incident management, and drive continuous safety improvements, including workers’ compensation processes, across jurisdictions.
