Job Description

- Oversee daily finance operations and month‐end close
n
- Prepare financial statements, reconciliations, and management reports
n
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
n
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
n
- Partner with operations and commercial teams to support decision‐making
n
- Provide financial modelling for pricing, cost‐saving initiatives, and strategic projects
n
- Mentor and develop finance team members
n

The Successful Applicant
n
A successful Finance Manager should have:

- A degree in accounting, finance with CA or CPA qualification
n
- Strong technical accounting and financial management skills
n
- Proven ability to lead and manage a high performing team
n
- Commercial mindset with strong business partnering skills

- Proficiency with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
