Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Strategically contribute to patient journey mapping, launch excellence roadmap, and integrated evidence-generation plans that underpin the immunology launch.
n
- Serve as the medical, clinical, and scientific expert within the field team, using your deep therapeutic-area knowledge to support internal stakeholders across functions (clinical research, market access).
n
- Identify, map, and engage with KOLs, clinical investigators, and other healthcare professionals; develop personalized, multi-channel engagement strategies aligned with medical priorities.

- Respond promptly and compliantly to unsolicited medical information requests,
ensuring delivery of accurate and timely scientific data.
n
- Support investigator-initiated studies (IITs) and clinical trial initiatives, providing educational and operational input to potential and active sites.
n
- Contribute unique insights from the field informing broader medical strategy, evidence generation, and launch success.
n
- Manage administrative and compliance obligations, including CRM usage, expense reporting, and adherence to ethics and safety protocols.

Qualifications & Requirements
n
n
- Advanced degree (PhD, MD, PharmD, or Master's in life/medical sciences) preferred; exceptional candidates with relevant experience also considered.
n
- Strong scientific background in immunology, with an ability to communicate complex data effectively to KOLs and internal teams.
n
- Proven experience in KOL engagement, scientific exchange, and insight generation ideally having supported a product launch or field-led medical strategy.
n
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with an ability to tailor messaging across diverse healthcare audiences.
n
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing travel across VIC, SA, and TAS.
n
- Experience in medical affairs, clinical research, or related roles within pharma/biotech will be highly valued.
n
- Proficiency in CRM systems and comfort with administrative tasks.
n
- Robust alignment with compliance, regulatory, and ethical standards.
