- Specialise in architectural residential new builds, renovations and extensions, and commercial current builds and fit outs.

- Projects range in value from $2m to $15m.

- Office based in South West Sydney - Liverpool.

About The Project Manager job role

- Project planning and programming.
n
- Procurement.
n
- Project administration.
n
- Use of Procore and MS Project.
n
- Salary from $140,000 to $200,000 plus super.
n

Skills & Experience for Project Manager vacancy

n

n




- Building qualifications (Project Management, Construction Management, Architecture etc) or trade background (Carpenter to Site Manager).
n
- Demonstrated experience of working on residential construction projects from pre-construction through to completion.
n
- Good client facing and relationship building skills.
n
- Excellent knowledge of construction process from start to finish, including all regulations.
n
- Ability to lead projects and to manage teams both internally and externally.
n
- Good level of IT literacy.
n
