Job Description

The Protected Step is seeking a Risk & Compliance Manager to lead workplace health and safety, risk management and compliance across three warehouse sites in Australia. The role is highly autonomous, requiring close collaboration with frontline teams and leaders to drive meaningful safety improvements.

You will embed robust WHS systems, develop practical strategies, and partner with operations to enhance safety culture, compliance and performance across warehousing and logistics operations.
