We are seeking a Meat Process Worker at Harvey Beef. Whether you have experience or are new to the industry, we will provide comprehensive training and support to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Pack meat products with precision and attention to detail.
n
- Adhere to Quality Control Checks to maintain product integrity.
n
- Thrive in a fast‐paced working environment.
n
- Skillfully label products for distribution.
n
- Identify and categorize different cuts of beef for packing.
n
- Operate Cryovac machinery.
n
- Perform general labouring tasks as needed.
n
- Efficiently load containers with frozen beef products.
n
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move palletised stock within the warehouse.
n
- Assist in the dispatch section as required.
n
- Wrap pallets and organise stock for efficient storage.
n
- Engage in manual lifting duties, including handling frozen cartons.
n
- Skillfully mark carcasses and perform precise cutting using handheld circular saws.
n
- Perform heavy manual handling when pushing carcasses.
n
- Empty chillers on both sides simultaneously.
n
- Manage the movement of hooks along rail systems.
n




- Scan carcass identification labels using handheld scanners.
n
- Report all incidents or hazards promptly without delay.
n
