Job Description

I'm partnering with a well-established tiling and waterproofing contractor delivering works for large-scale residential, mixed-use, commercial, and remedial projects across Greater Sydney. They are now seeking an experienced Site Engineer / Site Foreman to join their growing team in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Coordinate and supervise tiling and waterproofing works across multiple projects
n
- Review construction drawings, specifications, and shop drawings to resolve technical queries
n
- Conduct QA inspections, manage Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and ensure compliance with project specifications and Australian Standards
n
- Coordinate material procurement, deliveries, and subcontractor scheduling
n
- Prepare site reports, maintain project documentation, and assist with project planning and site meetings
n

Requirements

n

n
- 2+ years' experience as a Site Engineer or Site Foreman within the construction industry,



direct experience delivering tiling and waterproofing packages on Class 2 apartment projects will be highly regarded
n
- Strong understanding of Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), scopes of work, quality assurance processes, and tiling and waterproofing trade practices.
n
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and technical specifications
n
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management software
n
