Position Purpose

n

Position Purpose
n Certis Security Australia has multiple positions available on the Gold Coast for dedicated individuals who enjoy working with the public when providing key safety and security support. The position is a fixed roster mostly geared toward weekend work. We are looking for individuals with great communication skills, who work effectively as a part of a large team and can provide exceptional customer service.
n Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Provide a high quality security services at several event locations
n
- Provide a customer service approach
n
- Take a problem solving approach to conflict situations
n
- Promote and encourage team work and professionalism
n
- Perform both static, crowd control, screening and escorting
n
- Provide way finding to customers and directional assistance
n
- High level personal grooming and presentation
n

Qualification Mandatorynn
- Current QLD Security License with Crowd Control (essential)
n
- Driver Licence
n
- First Aid Certificate
n
- Current or the ability to obtain Railway Cat 3 medical clearance
n
- 24/7 Availability
n
- Experience in a similar role preferred.
n
- Team player
n
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
n
