About the Role

As our Rostering Coordinator, you will:

- Create and manage daily and ongoing staff rosters.
n
- Coordinate shift changes and fill vacancies.
n
- Match participants with suitable support workers.
n
- Monitor staff availability and leave.
n
- Ensure rosters comply with SCHADS Award and NDIS requirements.
n
- Liaise with participants, families and staff regarding roster changes.
n
- Work closely with our leadership team to ensure seamless service delivery.
n
- Assist with administrative tasks during quieter rostering periods.
n

About You
n
We're looking for someone who:

- Has rostering or scheduling experience (preferred).
n
- Has excellent organisational and time management skills.
n
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
n
- Communicates confidently with a range of stakeholders.
n
- Is solutions-focused and can adapt quickly.
n
- Has strong computer skills and attention to detail.
n
- Experience in the disability, aged care or community sector is highly regarded.
