JV Recruitment are currently seeking skilled Trade Assistants to join a number of busy modular projects throughout Melbourne's Western and Northern suburbs. These are ongoing roles offering steady hours, great conditions and the opportunity for long‐term work with a well‐established operation.

You'll be working in a clean, well‐organised factory environment, assisting with the production and assembly of modular building components.

What you'll be doing:

- Skilled Trade Assistant within a modular factory environment
n
- Assisting trades with assembly and fit‐out works
n
- Using hand and power tools
n
- Working to plans and instructions
n
- Maintaining a safe and tidy work area
n
n
What we're looking for:
n
n
- Previous experience as a skilled labourer or trade assistant
n
- Carpentry, cabinetmaking or joinery experience highly desirable
n
- Confident use of hand and power tools
n
- Strong work ethic and reliability
n
- Ability to work in a rapid‐paced factory environment
n
n
What's on offer:

- $40-42 per hour, depending on experience
