The Opportunity

n

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and commercially focused General Manager to lead Oaks Redcliffe, a well-established strata-titled accommodation property operating under the Oaks franchise brand. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to an operator with experience in mixed-use hotel environments, balancing hotel performance, owner relationships and operational leadership. The successful candidate will oversee all day-to-day operations while driving occupancy, revenue performance, guest satisfaction and owner engagement outcomes.

About the Property

Oaks Redcliffe is a 75-room accommodation property catering to leisure, corporate and extended-stay guests within a strata-titled environment. The role requires a General Manager capable of successfully managing:

- Hotel operations and guest experience
n
- Owner and Body Corporate relationships
n
- Hotel financial performance
n
- Franchise compliance and operational standards
n
- Revenue growth and cost control
n

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead all hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping and Maintenance
n
- Drive occupancy, ADR and overall financial performance
n
- Manage relationships with unit owners, and work closely with the property Building Manager
n
- Support growth and retention of the hotel letting pool
n
- Ensure compliance with Oaks franchise standards and operational procedures
n
- Oversee revenue management, distribution channels and direct booking performance
n
- Prepare and manage budgets,



forecasting and reporting
n
- Recruit, lead and develop a strong on-site team
n
- Maintain presentation standards and operational efficiencies across the property
n

About You

n

n
- Ability to foster relations with and promote the adjoining F&B;/Pub offering
n
- Experience with Trust Accounting processes preferred
n
- Previous experience in a General Manager, Operations Manager or senior leadership role within accommodation hotels
n
- Experience within a strata title, mixed-use or MLR environment is highly regarded
n
- Strong commercial and financial management capability
n
- Proven stakeholder management and communication skills
n
- Knowledge of hotel distribution, OTA management and revenue strategies
n
- A proactive, hands-on management style
n
- Ability to work independently and drive accountability across the operation
n

- Salary package circa $140,000 - $150,000 (dependent on experience) + Superannuation + Incentive (KPI achievement based)
