We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused National Fleet Support Account Manager to oversee and nurture our key corporate accounts. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, driving business growth, and maintaining exceptional service standards across our national network.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Proactively manage a portfolio of corporate accounts, ensuring service excellence and customer satisfaction.
n
- Develop and execute a strategic national account call plan to maintain regular client engagement.
n
- Identify opportunities to expand existing relationships and drive new business growth.
n
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
n
- Respond promptly and professionally to all client enquiries and service requests.
n
- Monitor and report on service performance against agreed KPIs, implementing improvements where necessary.
n
- Work collaboratively with internal teams (sales, operations, service) to ensure seamless service delivery.
n
- Leverage CRM systems to document activities, track interactions, and identify trends or service gaps.
n
- Assist the Sales team with tender and proposal support (RFT/RFQ) as it relates to fleet services.
n
- Provide expert guidance and support for clients' materials handling equipment (MHE) requirements.
n

About You

n

n
- Proven experience in account management, customer service, or fleet services. Material Handling experience will be highly regarded
n
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
n
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify revenue opportunities.
n
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
n
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
n
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to delivering outstanding service.
n
