- Valid Australian driver’s license with strong driving skills
- Ability to travel independently across regions for customer visits
- Experience in mining equipment procurement or mining project management preferred
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related discipline
- Solid mechanical knowledge with ability to read CAD drawings and equipment assembly drawings
- Familiar with the Australian mining market, local mining enterprises, regulations, and supply chain systems
- Strong business development, negotiation, client management, and communication skills
- Independent, reliable, and professional with long-term business mindset
