Join our team in Darwin and play a key role as NDIS Accounts Coordinator in managing the financial operations of our NDIS Services.

What you’ll do:

- Responsibility for monitoring day-to-day financial administration of Council’s Disability Service.
- Fortnightly invoicing and monthly reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare detailed reports.
- Partner with coordinators to ensure timely, compliant financial processes.
- Liaise with participants, plan managers, and stakeholders.
- Support audit readiness and manage NDIS portals (Astalty).
- Other duties as reasonably directed by the Support Coordination Manager.

What We’re Looking For:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged and/or Disability) or equivalent qualifications in Accounting, Finance or Business.
- Proven experience in finance administration and NDIS requirements.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.




- Experience in supporting remote and First Nations’ communities.
- C Class Driver’s Licence as well as the ability to obtain a current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance are essential
