About the Role

Based in our Broadmeadows store that is due to open in September, you’ll take lead by example to deliver exceptional customer experiences and strong commercial outcomes.

You’ll play a key role in engaging your team, driving daily sales performance, and ensuring the store looks and feels ready for trade at all times. This role is perfect for someone passionate about retail, streetwear, and sneakers, with a desire to grow their leadership career. Day to Day, You Will Lead and support a small team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets

Drive departmental sales, KPIs, and conversion through strong floor leadership

Coach and develop team members through feedback, training, and on-the-job support

Support stock management including processing deliveries, replenishment, and click & dispatch orders

Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, housekeeping, and overall store presentation

Act as a role model with a positive, CAN DO attitude, inspiring your team to perform at their best





Support the Store Management team with daily operations and store execution What You Bring Previous experience as a Senior Sales Assistant, Supervisor, or Team Leader (retail preferred)

Strong customer service skills with a passion for delivering outstanding in-store experiences

Confidence leading by example and supporting a small team

Sales-driven mindset with an understanding of KPIs and performance targets

Passion for streetwear, sports, or sneaker culture

Energetic, adaptable, and comfortable working in a busy retail environment
