Looking for a full-time role with $35/hr + super, paid training, and more time to enjoy life outside of work? We’re growing our Strathpine team and looking for friendly, motivated people to join us as Customer Service Assistants.

No previous experience is required. If you’re confident speaking with people, have a positive attitude, and are ready to learn, we’ll provide two weeks of paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

Whether you’re coming from retail, hospitality, customer service, administration or sales, or simply looking for a fresh start, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Speaking with existing supporters
- Having positive and professional conversations
- Building strong relationships over the phone




- Following clear systems and processes
- Developing valuable communication and customer engagement skills
- Working alongside a friendly and supportive team

What We’re Looking For

You’ll be a outstanding fit if you are:

- Professional and approachable
- Willing to learn and take on feedback
- Team-focused with a strong work ethic

Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, administration or sales is welcomed, but not essential.

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday: 10:00am – 7:00pm Alternate Fridays: 10:00am – 6:15pm

That means every second Friday off and a long weekend every second week.
