Lead a high-performing Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional critical care while inspiring and supporting a dedicated nursing workforce.
- Provide clinical and operational leadership within a dynamic ICU, ensuring the delivery of safe, compassionate and evidence-based patient care.
- Lead and develop a skilled nursing team through coaching, mentoring, performance development and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Drive patient-centred care by working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, patients and families to achieve the best possible outcomes.
- Oversee workforce, resource and operational management to ensure efficient service delivery and effective utilisation of resources.

- Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent work experience or a combination of study and experience deemed appropriate by SWSLHD.
