About Our Client

Our client operates within the manufacturing sector and has a well-known presence in Australia, Recent Zealand, and Asia. This finance manager role will be based at their Moorabbin site and be 4 days in the office and 1 day from home, with additional flexibility on offer.

Job Description

- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting and forecasting.
n
- Prepare and present financial reports to support decision-making processes.
n
- Manage cash flow and compliance.
n
- Collaborate with all internal departments and manage stakeholders effectively.
n
- Lead tax returns and liaise with external auditors.
n
- Develop and maintain financial controls.
n
- Monitor and analyse financial data trends.
n
- Lead a team of 3.
n

The Successful Applicant

n

A successful Finance Manager will be able to demonstrate:

n

n
- A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field, including professional qualifications
n
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and compliance.
n
- Proven ability to manage budgets and financial forecasting processes.
n
- Experience SAP is advantageous.
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
n
- Strong leadership and team development ability.
n
