The Role

n

As a member of the Practice Administration team at Edison Radiology, you will support front reception, appointment scheduling, patient enquiries, referrals, billing and day-to-day administrative workflows.

n

You will work closely with the Practice Manager and the broader team ensuring the practice runs smoothly with excellent patient and referrer experience.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Welcome patients and visitors warmly, professionally and efficiently
n
- Manage appointment bookings, patient registrations, referral uploads and preparation instructions
n
- Answer phone and email enquiries from patients, referrers and clinical teams
n
- Support accurate billing, Medicare processing, payments and daily administrative reconciliation
n
- Maintain patient confidentiality, data accuracy and professional documentation standards
n
- Work with clinical staff to support smooth patient flow and timely service delivery
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Previous experience in radiology administration, healthcare administration, or other medical administration
n
- Strong attention to detail, accurate data entry and confidence using computer systems
n




- Excellent communication skills and a calm, kind approach with patients and referrers
n
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy clinical environment
n
- A team-first mindset and enthusiasm for helping build a new practice from day one
n
