Job Description

n

- Manage end-to-end mobilisation for personnel across shutdown, maintenance and project works.
n
- Coordinate workforce compliance and ensure all site requirements are met prior to mobilisation.
n
- Process employee onboarding, site access and client portal requirements.
n
- Book and manage flights, accommodation and travel logistics.
n
- Liaise with recruitment, operations and site stakeholders to ensure personnel are mobilised on time.
n
- Maintain accurate mobilisation records, workforce data and reporting.
n
- Monitor workforce movements and support resource planning across multiple projects.
n
- Respond to mobilisation queries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
n
- Provide support to the wider mobilisation team during peak periods.
n

The Successful Applicant

n

A successful Mobilisation Officer should have:

n

n
- Previous mobilisation experience within the WA mining and resources sector.
n
- Experience managing high-volume mobilisation activities across shutdowns, maintenance or project work.
n
- Strong understanding of workforce compliance and mobilisation requirements.
n
- Hands-on experience with systems such as Pegasus, MyPass, Enable, Avetta or similar client portals.
n
- Confident using Excel and workforce management systems.
n
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
n
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships across recruitment, operations and site teams.
n
- A proactive, self-driven approach with the ability to hit the ground running.
