GEO Healthcare is seeking a Director, Safety and Quality to join the Senior Leadership Team and oversee primary healthcare services across Victoria’s public prisons. Based in Melbourne, you will monitor performance, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate accreditation against NSQHS and contractual standards.

You will report to the General Manager, lead governance initiatives, and guide service-wide policy, incident, and risk management while fostering a team-oriented culture and stakeholder
