Role Overview

Delivery Manager responsible for leading end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and quality standards while managing cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage project delivery lifecycle from initiation to production deployment
n
- Develop and execute delivery plans, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and quality
n
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and project stakeholders
n
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams and ensure alignment of deliverables
n
- Conduct stakeholder workshops to validate requirements and solutions
n
- Oversee release planning, estimation, and risk management
n




- Provide technical and strategic guidance across project phases
n
- Ensure proper documentation of decisions, architecture, and delivery outputs
n
- Mentor team members and drive continuous improvement
n

Skills & Experience

n

n
- 15+ years of IT experience with 8+ years in delivery management
n
- Strong experience in Agile (Scrum) and project execution
n
- Experience managing software and infrastructure delivery
n
- Proficiency with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps (ADO)
n
- Knowledge of estimation techniques (Function Point, T-shirt sizing)
n
- Solid stakeholder management and leadership skills
n
