Role Overview

We are seeking wait staff who can deliver exceptional customer service with a kind and friendly nature, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities

n

n
- Serve food and beverages, providing friendly service to maximise guest satisfaction in line with Hyatt International Standards.
n
- Understand and explain menu content, menu changes and promotional activities to guests.
n
- Maintain clean, tidy, and well‐prepared dining areas, including setting tables for new diners.
n
- Work a rotating roster; major shifts will be dinner service.
n

Qualifications

- Experience in a food & beverage environment of similar standard.
n
- Team player, proactive and eager to progress their career.
n
- Passion for the hospitality industry.
n
- Excellent communication skills and strong work ethic.
n
- Good knowledge of wines and other beverages.
n
- Well‐presented and professional appearance.
n
- Current NSW RSA Certificate.
