About the Role

n

We have an exciting opportunity to join John Flynn Retirement Village, Burwood East (VIC) as a Personal Care Worker. This is a part-time role within our High Care unit with 3 PM shift pattern opportunties avaialble.

n

- Option 1. Wednesday - Friday - 1445 to 2200
n
- Option 2. Thursday - Saturday - 1500 to 2100
n
- Option 3. Thursday - Saturday - 1500 to 2100
n

n

In this role you will:

- Develop lasting relationships with our residentsand their families
n
- Follow our resident's individual care plans, providing care that would be good enough for mum and dad
n
- Use the latest technology - including our own purpose-built care app myRyman
n
- Work closely with, and support your colleaguescreating a great team environment
n

About You

n

To thrive in our supportive and caring environment you will have:

- Certificate III/ IV in Ageing Support or Certificate III in Individual Support
n
- A minimum of 12 months of Age Care experienceKindness in your DNA
n
- Strong empathy
n
- A reliable, friendly and professional style
