About the role:

- Deliver personalised and professional customer service across cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance.

- Share expert product knowledge to support customers in finding the perfect beauty solutions.

- Assist in maintaining the presentation, cleanliness, and stock levels of the Beauty Hall.
n
- Support promotional events, product launches, and in-store activations.
n
- Build lasting client relationships through follow-up service and loyalty programs (e.g., MYER one).
n
- Collaborate with team members and brand representatives to achieve shared goals.
n
- Stay updated with beauty trends, product training, and brand knowledge.
n
- Ensure compliance with MYER standards, policies, and procedures.
