BPM Vision is seeking a Programmer Developer to join its technology team and contribute to the development, configuration, integration, testing and maintenance of enterprise software solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyse business and technical requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.
- Design, develop, modify, test and maintain application programs and software components.
- Configure and customise PPM, SPM and enterprise applications to meet client requirements.
- Develop and maintain system integrations, APIs, data interfaces and application connections.
- Develop functionality supporting project, portfolio, resource, financial and performance management processes.
- Participate in application implementation, deployment, upgrades and system migration projects.
- Develop, test and troubleshoot application functionality, integrations and data flows.
- Identify and resolve programming errors, software defects and technical issues.
- Analyse existing systems and implement enhancements to improve functionality, performance and reliability.
- Support digital transformation initiatives by developing integrated and effective technology solutions.
- Prepare and maintain technical specifications, system documentation and testing records.
- Work closely with solution architects, consultants,



project managers and clients to deliver technical solutions.
- Provide ongoing technical support and contribute to continuous improvement of applications and development processes.

Skills & Experience

- Relevant qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 Years of experience in software/application development and programming.
- Knowledge of software development, testing, debugging and system integration.
- Experience with databases, APIs and enterprise applications.
- Ability to analyse business requirements and develop practical technical solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with PPM, SPM, digital transformation or enterprise technology solutions will be highly regarded.
