About the Role

n

You'll join a high-performing team acting for clients across shipping, transport, manufacturing, logistics, and domestic and international trade. The work spans commercial litigation, regulatory advisory, and transactional matters within a globally connected practice.

What You'll Be Working On

n

n
- Domestic and international commercial arbitration
n
- Logistics and procurement matters connected to major infrastructure and property projects
n
- Ship and yacht sale, purchase, repair and commercial transaction work
n
- Commodity sale contracts, drafting and dispute resolution
n
- Regulatory and compliance advice, including statutory interpretation and competition-related issues
n

About You

n





n
- A commercial disputes lawyer with approximately 3+ years' PAE
n
- Experience working with international clients or cross-border matters is beneficial but not essential
n
- Robust communication skills and a proactive, team-focused approach
n
- Enthusiasm for complex commercial work and client engagement in the trade, transport, and logistics sectors
n
