Spare Parts Interpreter – Full-Time Position in Tamworth

Diesel Care is looking for an experienced Spare Parts Interpreter to join our team in a full‐time position.

n

Based at our Tamworth branch, this is a Monday to Friday role working 40 hours per week. The position would suit someone with automotive parts experience who enjoys customer service, working as part of a busy team and keeping day‐to‐day parts operations organised.

About the Spare Parts Interpreter Role

n

As a Spare Parts Interpreter, you will assist customers, dealerships and other Diesel Care branches with parts enquiries, order processing and stock coordination.

n

Your day‐to‐day duties will include:

n

- Picking, packing and invoicing customer orders
n
- Assisting customers with parts enquiries and front counter sales
n
- Responding to customer and dealership enquiries by phone and in person
n
- Liaising with customers, dealers and other Diesel Care branches
n
- Coordinating inter‐branch stock transfers and freight logistics
n
- Processing supplier invoices and customer payments
n
- Assisting with stocktakes
n
- Completing daily banking tasks
n
- Helping maintain a clean, organised and productive workplace
n

About You

n

We're looking for someone who:

n

- Holds a qualification in spare parts interpretation or has relevant automotive industry experience
n
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills
n
- Is confident handling customer and dealership enquiries by phone and in person
n
- Has strong computer skills
n
- Is keen to learn and works well in a team environment
n
- Can follow directions and complete tasks with strong attention to detail
n
- Is reliable, punctual, honest and well presented
n
