The Role

n

Embedded within an innovative P&C; team and reporting to a Senior P&C; Business Partner, you'll be a trusted point of contact for people leaders and employees alike — advising across performance, employee relations, talent acquisition, and day-to-day HR. You'll support the performance management cycle, get close to real ER matters, and contribute to business partnering activity with visible impact.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Partner with leaders to provide timely, pragmatic advice across a broad range of people matters
n
- Support leaders through performance management discussions — coaching on approach, process, and outcomes
n
- Coordinate the annual performance cycle with consistency and quality
n




- Provide first-line ER/IR support, including exposure to case management
n
- Contribute to end-to-end talent acquisition across a range of functions
n
- Manage people administration and HR systems, and look for ways to continuously improve
n

Who We're Looking For

n

n
- An emerging P&C; professional with a solid generalist foundation from a retail, consumer brand, or customer-facing environment
n
- A self-starter who spots what needs doing and gets on with it
n
- Commercially aware, with the maturity to engage credibly at all levels
n
- A critical thinker with a genuine growth mindset
n
- Some ER/IR exposure, or a strong appetite to develop in this space
n
- Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation
n
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline
n
