About the Role

As a Spare Parts Sales Coordinator, you will be the go‐to person for all things spare parts — from assisting customers and service agents with technical documentation, to processing orders, managing inventory, and building lasting relationships. This is a hands‐on, rapid‐paced role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

n

- Support customers and service agents with spare parts manuals and technical resources
n
- Help identify and source correct spare parts via supplier portals
n
- Communicate professionally and efficiently via phone and email
n
- Keep customers informed of order statuses and delays
n

n

Sales & Business Development

n

n
- Work toward annual spare parts sales targets in collaboration with the team
n
- Process quotes, orders, and invoices with accuracy and speed
n
- Build strong relationships with end users, resellers, and contractors
n




- Collaborate with Marketing to promote spare parts and explore new sales opportunities
n

n

Stock Management

n

n
- Assist in managing stock levels and conducting regular stock takes
n
- Order and receive spare parts into our service system
n
- Maintain supply of frequently used consumables for the service team
n

n

Teamwork & Communication

n

n
- Foster positive communication within the team and across departments
n
- Share customer feedback to help improve service and processes
n
- Be open to assisting in other service and parts areas as needed (training provided)
n
