This role suits an experienced Rehabilitation Consultant who enjoys driving outcomes, managing a busy caseload, and working closely with injured workers, employers, insurers and treating providers. Our client is a growing Queensland-based occupational rehabilitation provider with a strong reputation across WorkCover Queensland matters. The business has experienced significant referral growth over recent years and continues to expand through consistent case volumes, a new return-to-work provider panel opportunity and increasing demand across Brisbane and surrounding regions.

You’ll be supported by experienced senior leaders, structured onboarding, regular coaching and a team culture built around collaboration, feedback, accountability and qualified growth.
You’ll work in a practical, outcome-focused role suited to someone who values career development, stakeholder engagement and the opportunity to progress into senior consulting, coaching, mentoring or team leadership pathways.

What You’ll Do

- Manage a caseload of predominantly WorkCover Queensland matters
- Support injured workers with safe, timely and sustainable return-to-work planning
- Conduct workplace evaluations, assessments and thorough client histories
- Develop clear recommendations to support recovery, capacity building and work participation
- Liaise with employers, insurers, medical professionals, treating providers and other key stakeholders
- Build strong relationships with clients and referral partners
- Support host employer placements where required
- Maintain high-quality documentation, reporting and case management standards




- Work towards achievable billable expectations with access to monthly incentives
- Contribute to a collaborative team culture through mentoring, coaching and knowledge sharing
- Use your clinical judgement to identify barriers and drive practical rehabilitation outcomes

What You’ll Bring

- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology or another relevant allied health discipline
- Current registration or professional membership as required for your discipline
- Experience in occupational rehabilitation, workplace rehabilitation, injury management or return-to-work services
- Full driver’s licence
- Current Australian work rights
