- Demonstrated experience establishing technical direction, refactoring legacy components, and designing resilient platforms.

- Proven abilities in mentoring senior engineers and fostering engineering standards across multi-disciplinary teams.

- Solid practice in test-driven development (TDD) and modern CI/CD delivery processes.
