Level 1 Support Engineer

n

$60,000 - $65,000 salary + Super. Candidates must have full rights to work in Australia.

What will you be doing?

n

As a Level 1 Support Engineer, you'll be the first line of technical support for our clients, assisting with a broad range of issues across Microsoft 365, networking, and user support.

n

Your day will involve:

n

n
- Providing first-level technical assistance and managing tickets through to resolution
n
- Troubleshooting issues across M365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online) and network environments
n
- Supporting end‐users with software and hardware problems
n
- Escalating complex incidents where required while ensuring clear communication and documentation
n
- Performing regular system maintenance, updates, and patching
n




- Collaborating with senior engineers and learning across cloud and cybersecurity functions
n

n

YOU NEED TO HAVE

n

n
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in IT support or a technical setting
n
- Exposure to case management or ticketing systems
n
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online)
n
- Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, switches, routers, VPNs)
n
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
n
- A customer‐focused approach with the ability to work collaboratively
n

IT'S NICE TO HAVE

- Experience working within an MSP
n
- Industry qualifications in Information Technology or equivalent experience
n
- A proactive attitude toward learning and professional growth
n
