Key Responsibilities:

- Build and nurture a pipeline of lending leads, guiding customers throughout their buying journey

- Assist customers through the lending process, ensuring positive outcomes and peace of mind

- Utilize credit analysis skills to understand customer needs and achieve successful lending results

- Develop strong relationships within the community, branch, and with the Branch Manager
n
- Engage in ongoing learning and professional development
n
- Support community initiatives and promote local growth

Qualifications:

- Extensive experience in customer service or sales
n
- Knowledge of lending products, policies, and regulations
n




- Ability to build rapport quickly and assess customer needs
n
- Strong credit analysis skills
n
- Understanding of small business offerings
n
- Consumer lending experience is essential
n
