Care Point Allied Health is a registered NDIS provider based in Auburn, and we are expanding our multidisciplinary allied health team.

We are currently recruiting for two disciplines:

Occupational Therapist (OT) Speech Pathologist

We welcome both experienced clinicians and new graduates and offer flexible engagement options including contractor, casual and permanent part-time positions.

Occupational Therapist – The Role

As an Occupational Therapist, you may be involved in:

- Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA)
- Activities of Daily Living assessments
- Individualised therapy and intervention
- Functional skill development
- Assistive Technology assessments and recommendations
- Home modification recommendations where appropriate
- Sensory and emotional regulation support
- NDIS progress and assessment reports
- Working collaboratively with participants, families, carers and Support Coordinators

Speech Pathologist – The Role As a Speech Pathologist, you may be involved in:
- Speech, language and communication assessments
- Individualised therapy and intervention
- Receptive and expressive language support
- Social and functional communication development
- Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC)




- Communication aids and assistive technology recommendations
- Supporting families and carers with communication strategies
- NDIS progress and assessment reports
- Working collaboratively with participants, families, carers and Support Coordinators

Depending on your qualifications, competencies and scope of practice, opportunities may also include swallowing and mealtime-related assessment and support.

About You

We are looking for clinicians who are professional, compassionate and passionate about delivering quality outcomes for NDIS participants.

You will have

- A recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology
- Appropriate AHPRA registration or professional membership/eligibility relevant to your discipline
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A person-centred and professional approach
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain one
- Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain one

Previous NDIS experience is desirable but not essential. Current Graduates – We Want to Hear From You
