Our client who is a leading Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation in the South West are seeking an Occupational Therapist for their practice based in Bunbury. Make a real difference to the community in caring for all ages through the support of Occupational Therapy.

Duties and Tasks;

- Working with the team of health professionals in assisting patients with rehabilitation and treatment plans assigned
- Providing all reports to key stakeholders with progress updates on patients
- Liaising with service providers and community agencies ensuring ultimate care for both patients and clients alike
- Effective communication of treatment plans with patients to be able to provide patients confidence in abilities.

Requirements For this role you must have;

- Occupational Therapy degree and ideally with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
- 3 - 5 years Occupational Therapy experience in a relevant industry




- Strong communication skills both verbally and written
- Able to work both autonomously and within a team dynamic
- Police Clearance within 12 months - Essential
- Working with Children Check - Essential
- Drivers Licence and Reliable Transport
