We're partnering with an established and growing NDIS provider in Perth to recruit an Occupational Therapy Team Lead to lead, mentor and support their OT team across metro and regional WA.

? The Role

As OT Team Lead, you'll provide clinical leadership and supervision to Occupational Therapists while continuing to work directly with participants with more complex support needs. You'll work across a diverse NDIS caseload, supporting participants with presentations including:




- Intellectual disability & Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Psychosocial disability & mental health
- Acquired Brain Injury
- Physical disability
- Complex trauma
- Behaviours of concern & complex support needs

You'll also collaborate closely with Positive Behaviour Support and the wider multidisciplinary team, particularly for participants requiring coordinated and complex intervention.

? Your Clinical Work May Include:

- Functional Capacity Assessments
- Complex NDIS assessments & report writing
- Assistive Technology assessments & recommendations
- Home Modification assessments
- SIL, SDA & Home and Living assessments
- Complex psychosocial and disability intervention
- Multidisciplinary case collaboration

? As Team Lead, You'll:

- Lead, mentor and support Occupational Therapists across the service
- Provide clinical supervision and professional development
- Promote high-quality, evidence-based OT practice
- Support NDIS and AHPRA compliance
- Contribute to quality improvement and service development

?‍♂️ About You

We're looking for an Occupational Therapist who enjoys both clinical practice and supporting other clinicians to develop. Ideally, you'll bring:





- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Approximately 3-5+ years' Occupational Therapy experience
- Strong experience within the NDIS/disability sector
- Previous leadership or supervision experience highly regarded

You don't necessarily need to already be an established Team Lead. If you're an experienced Senior OT who enjoys mentoring others and is looking for the next step in your career, we'd love to hear from you.
