Role Description The Odoo Functional Consultant is a full-time, hybrid role based in Hyderabad, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements.

Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing client requirements, mapping business processes to Odoo modules, and configuring the system to meet functional needs. The role involves preparing functional specifications, coordinating with technical teams for customizations, and conducting system testing and user acceptance testing. The consultant will provide user training, create documentation,



and offer ongoing functional support to ensure successful implementations.

Day-to-day work also includes participating in client meetings, advising on best practices, and contributing to continuous improvement of delivery methodologies.

Qualifications

- Robust analytical skills to understand requirements, interpret data, and optimize business processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Knowledge of business process design and workflow optimization, preferably in ERP environments.
- Consulting experience in implementing or supporting ERP solutions, ideally Odoo.
- Understanding of finance and accounting concepts relevant to ERP modules.
- Experience with Odoo functional configuration, module mapping, and end-user training is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setting, manage multiple projects, and adapt to evolving client needs.
- Familiarity with other ERP platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365) and AI-driven business solutions is an advantage.
