Be the go to office allrounder for this small gate and fencing company located in St Marys South of the CBD. Fantastic team needing someone who can manage the end-to-end administration function and support accounts for this small yet busy workplace.

We are looking an experienced administration allrounder who has excellent customer service skills and the ability to take on a variety of tasks. No task is too hard in this team and everyone works well together and has fun in the process.

About the position…

We’re seeking a allrounder to provide vital administrative, scheduling of service calls, accounts support for the Director and the Sales & Project Teams.

You’ll be the key link between internal teams and customers, ensuring a seamless flow of communication, efficiency, and exceptional service delivery.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and teamwork, with a strong focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to Sales and Service.
- Answering the phone and managing the company email inbox for customers and supplier queries.
- Process and track service calls and scheduling
- Coordinate communication between the office, customers, and external partners.
- Provide accounts support using Xero accounting software.
- Support with accounts payable and receivables.
- Manage documentation for new accounts, contracts, and services.
- Handle warranty claims, after-sales service, and customer follow-ups.
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve sales and service processes.

Who we are looking for…





We are looking for someone with high levels of customer service, not necessarily reception experience however someone that can demonstrate outstanding interpersonal and client relations skills with good computer and administration skills.

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administration preferably in a small business environment.
- Proficiency with some accounts and invoicing.
- Some scheduling experience would be advantageous.
- Excellent multitasking, communication, and organisational skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Comfortable working with cloud-based and CRM systems.
